Xx90 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "xx90") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the xx90 website and mobile application.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between xx90 and all its users. By using any xx90 service or creating an account, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account at xx90. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery.

Each person may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — incorrect details may result in account suspension.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility — do not share it with any third party.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• Xx90 may initiate an investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same household or the same device.

Deposits at xx90 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and approved banking channels. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, with a maximum daily limit of BDT 500,000.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made from third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers may be declined and returned.

• Deposited funds do not accrue any interest.
• Xx90 is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateway issues.
• If a deposit fails, the refund process will begin within 72 hours.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw funds from xx90. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the KYC process has not been completed.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Xx90 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 5,00,000.

All bonus offers at xx90 are subject to specific wagering requirements. It is each player's responsibility to read the terms of a bonus before claiming it.

• Welcome bonuses typically require 15–30x wagering.
• Each bonus offer may only be used once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another user.
• Bonuses must be used within a set time frame — expired bonuses will be cancelled.
• Xx90 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Two bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise stated.

All betting and gaming at xx90 is conducted in accordance with international gaming standards. Each game has its own rules, which players should review before starting.

• Betting limits are set individually for each game and event.
• Time limits apply for placing live bets during a match in Sports Betting.
• If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed, the affected bets may be voided.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be automatically refunded.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.

Xx90 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, deception, money laundering, and manipulation. Any account found engaging in suspicious activity will be closed immediately.

• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play is strictly prohibited.
• Account hacking and phishing attempts are criminal offences.
• Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Use of the platform for money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Any attempt to breach or intrude into xx90's systems will be subject to criminal prosecution.

• Users may close their account at any time.
• Any available balance should be withdrawn before closing an account.

Xx90 may update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
